Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service offered on the rpv3 Platform. This is an absolute minimum requirement and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rpv3 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be held by a minor.

2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and during your continued use of the Platform. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. rpv3 does not solicit or encourage participation from individuals in jurisdictions where such activity is not permitted.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Individuals who are under legal guardianship, declared bankrupt, or subject to court orders restricting financial transactions are not eligible to register an Account.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Process. To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information at the registration stage is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 KYC Verification. rpv3 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. Before processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method linked to your Account (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking profile showing your registered name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by our compliance team.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. rpv3 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account. You must notify rpv3 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. rpv3 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You are obligated to keep your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details, payment methods, or identification documents change, you must update your Account profile promptly. rpv3 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance procedures.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the rpv3 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals; your Wallet Balance is always displayed in IDR.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. rpv3 currently accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet Balance and may be subject to a processing fee or returned at rpv3's discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the name on your KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are specified in your Account dashboard and may vary by membership tier.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Wallet Balance must meet their respective Wagering Requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.

4.5 Processing Times. rpv3 targets the following processing windows, measured from the time a withdrawal request is approved by our finance team:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Within 1–3 hours during support hours (07:00–23:00 WIB).
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Near-instant to 30 minutes.
• Other Banks (CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata): 1–6 hours during support hours.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national holidays (including Idul Fitri and Imlek), or where additional compliance checks are required. rpv3 does not guarantee same-day processing for withdrawals initiated outside of support hours (23:00–07:00 WIB).

4.6 Transaction Monitoring. rpv3 monitors all deposit and withdrawal activity for fraud, money laundering, and suspicious patterns. Any transaction that triggers an automated compliance flag will be placed under manual review. rpv3 reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay or decline transactions that cannot be satisfactorily verified.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by rpv3 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Only bets placed using eligible games and bet types as specified in the promotion details contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Bets that are voided, drawn, cashed out early, or placed on both sides of a market (arbitrage) do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your Account. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Wallet Balance without notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. rpv3 has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and potential forfeiture of any winnings derived from those bonuses:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit bonus offers.
• Placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or "sure-bet" strategies) while a bonus is active.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or software to fulfill wagering requirements.

5.5 Promotional Changes. rpv3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on rpv3 are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the platform's Help Center. These cover settlement procedures, void conditions, in-play betting rules, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. Key principles include:

• Bets accepted on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a data feed fault) may be voided at rpv3's discretion.
• For football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers, match results are determined by the full 90 minutes of regulation play plus any referee-added time, unless the specific market specifies otherwise.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. A single void selection reduces the parlay by one leg. If two or more selections are voided, the entire parlay is voided and the stake is returned.

6.2 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft; live dealer games operated by Evolution Gaming; and crash games including Aviator by Spribe — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are provably fair and independently audited. rpv3 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Togel (Numbers Lottery) Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw data. rpv3 does not conduct its own draws. Any discrepancy between rpv3's displayed result and the official draw source will be resolved in favor of the official source.

6.4 Sabung Ayam (Cockfighting) Live Streams. Sabung ayam (live cockfighting events) are streamed in real time. Bets placed on Meron (the favored rooster) or Wala (the underdog) are settled immediately upon official result declaration by the event operator. rpv3 is not responsible for any technical interruption to the live stream that occurs after a bet has been accepted.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. rpv3 reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet payout caps on any market or game. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by sport, league, and game type. Winnings exceeding these caps will be paid at the cap amount; the excess is forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rpv3 Platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Identity fraud: Registering an Account using another person's identity, falsifying KYC documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origins of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• System exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the Platform's software, odds engine, RNG systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Underage gambling: Registering an Account or placing bets on behalf of any individual under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment reversals or chargebacks through your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with live games, or perform any action on the Platform that a human Player would perform manually.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the rpv3 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, written content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rpv3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited License. rpv3 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own private, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without rpv3's prior written consent.

8.3 Game Content. All slot games, live casino feeds, and crash game titles available on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). Use of game content is governed by the terms of each provider's end-user license agreement in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

9.1 Data Collection. rpv3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at rpv3.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

9.2 KYC Data Retention. Identity documents and verification records submitted during the KYC process are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of Account closure, in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards.

9.3 Communications. By registering an Account, you consent to receiving transactional communications from rpv3 (deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates, security alerts) via email and SMS. Promotional communications are opt-in and can be managed through your Account notification settings.

10.1 Platform Availability. rpv3 targets a platform uptime of 99.5% but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. rpv3 is not liable for losses arising from periods of planned or unplanned unavailability.

10.2 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. rpv3 is not liable for any failure, delay, or error originating from a third-party service provider, including but not limited to payment processing delays by BCA, BRI, OVO, or any other bank or e-wallet operator.

10.3 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpv3 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.4 Liability Cap. rpv3's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net real-money (non-bonus) funds held in that Player's Wallet Balance at the time the cause of action arose.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting rpv3 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money Wallet Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds.

11.2 Termination by rpv3. rpv3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority directing rpv3 to close the Account.
• Extended inactivity — an Account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; rpv3 will attempt to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy fees.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law survive termination and continue to apply.

12.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law, as applied by rpv3's licensing jurisdiction. rpv3 is licensed and regulated internationally as a remote gaming operator.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and rpv3 regarding any aspect of this Agreement or your Account, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. rpv3 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.

12.3 Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

13.1 Right to Amend. rpv3 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

13.3 Version History. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. rpv3 recommends that Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.
